Robert Delahanty

Rob’s first interest in photography came while watching the movie “E.T.” at a very young age. He knew then that he wanted to be the man behind the camera. After many years of working and saving he bought his first still camera – that would do.

Rob excelled in photography in high school and went on to The Rochester Institute of Technology, earning a BFA in Photography in 1992.

Moving to NYC two weeks after graduation, Rob began assisting some of the biggest names in fashion photography. By 1996, Rob ventured out on his own and established himself as a photographer both in the states and abroad.

At the start of the new millennium, Rob’s interest turned more towards photojournalism. His pursuit of the photo journalistic approach felt right and landed him some of his best advertising and editorial clients to date.

Today, Rob resides in Oregon. His passion for photography continues as well as his desire to document people in their natural environments. Currently he is working and having fun!
